Solar activity was very low over the last 24 hours and is expected to
stay at very low levels for the next three days with the possibility
of C-class activity. The coronal hole and CME effects remained weaker
than anticipated, which resulted in less than expected increase in
geomagnetic activity levels and less than expected degradations in HF
conditions. The effect of the coronal hole is showing further
weakening Quiet to unsettled conditions with some possibility of
isolated active periods are possible on 20 November. Minor to mild MUF
depressions and degradation in HF conditions may be expected on 20
November, especially in high latitude regions due to an expected
continued slight rise in geomagnetic activity levels on this day.
