[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 13 November - issued 2322UT/12-Nov-2015 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Very low solar flare activity is expected on 13-Nov. The solar wind
speed has declined and is now light. Geomagnetic conditions were at
quiet levels on 12-Nov. Some unsettled periods are possible on 13-Nov
due to minor coronal hole effects. High-frequency radio communications
are returning to normal, though some moderate MUF depressions are
possible on 13-Nov. The minor CME impact expected on 12-Nov failed to
eventuate.
