[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 04 November - issued 0508UT/04-Nov-2015

A M1.9 class flare was produced by Region 2445 at 04/0330 UT lasting
for 9 mins. Type II radio burst was observed both on Australian
Learmonth and Culgoora spectrograph. The flare was located on the
North-West limb of sun. Given its location and short duration, the
subsequent CME associated with this flare is not expected to affect
the Earth. Stay tuned for updates.
