[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 12 May - issued 2335UT/11-May-2015

Solar flare activity was low during 11 May UT, with C class flares
from five regions. Geomagnetic conditions were quiet with a brief
active period 12-15 UT. A minor geomagnetic storm might occur during
12-13 May due to the arrival of a Corotating Interaction Region (CIR)
ahead of fast solar wind. Conditions for HF radio propagation are
expected to remain near predicted monthly values. However, positive
and negative effects could occur if a minor geomagnetic storm
eventuates.
