[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 23 March - issued 2354UT/22-Mar-2015

Low solar flare activity is expected on 23-Mar. Minor coronal hole
effects are in progress, with a strong solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet levels but could become more active if the
interplanetary magnetic field turns southward. High-frequency radio
communications are mostly normal, though local nighttime depressions
are likely on 23-Mar if active magnetic conditions eventuate.
