Very low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects likely.
Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled
levels with isolated unsettled to active periods possible at high
latitudes. High-frequency radio communications generally poor at low
to mid latitudes due to low solar EUV radiation. HF conditions
occasionally degraded at high latitudes due to elevated geomagnetic
activity.
