Very low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects possible.
Light to moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels
with possible isolated unsettled periods. High-frequency radio
communications generally poor. Maximum useable frequencies for HF
radio communications are depressed up to 30% below predicted monthly
values due to low solar EUV radiation. IPS HF Communications Warning
15/25 has been issued for 21-23 July.
