[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 20 July - issued 0057UT/20-Jul-2015

Very low solar flare activity. Light solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at Quiet levels. A coronal hole high speed wind stream is
expected to arrive late on July 20th UT causing Unsettled to Active
geomagnetic conditions. Maximum useable frequencies for high-frequency
radio communications are depressed up to 30% compared with predicted
monthly values due to low levels of ionising solar EUV flux.
