Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected for 13-Jan. Coronal
hole effects are waning. The solar wind is moderate. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet to unsettled levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts
are possible. High-frequency radio communications are normal with
isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes.
