Low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects in progress.
Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled
levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications mostly normal, minor to mild MUF depressions possible
on high latitudes.
