Low to moderate solar flare activity. Earth is experiencing a strong
solar wind due a geoeffective coronal hole on the Sun . Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet to unsettled levels with isolated cases of Active
levels at high latitudes. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications normal.
