Low solar flare activity. Strong solar wind conditions were observed
over the last 24 hours due to the Earth passing through a high speed
solar wind stream causing geomagnetic conditions to be elevated to
unsettled and active levels. Expect the solar wind to gradually return
to moderate levels over the next two days. High-frequency radio
communications normal to good.
