[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 23 December - issued 0101UT/23-Dec-2015 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

A M-class flare (M4.7) is in progress from Region 2473 (S22E62). It
peak at 23/0040 UT. Shortwave fadeouts were evident associated with
this event. It also produced a Type II sweep with an estimated shock
speed of 2141 km/s and is an indication that a Coronal Mass Ejection
(CME) has occurred. More updates on this event to follow.
