[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 28 August - issued 0612UT/28-Aug-2015

Low to Moderate solar flare activity expected as current active region
2403 approaches west limb. Current geomagnetic conditions are at
Unsettled levels due to sustained southward Bz at -10nT. Active to
Storm level geomagnetic conditions are possible with the expected
arrival of a Coronal Hole high speed solar wind stream over the next
12-24 hours. Aurora sightings possible from southernmost Australian
regions should solar wind speed increase and Bz remain at its current
level or extend further southward. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications fair to normal at all latitudes.
