[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 10 August - issued 0030UT/10-Aug-2015

Solar activity is expected to be mostly low with the chance of
moderate activity primarily from region 2396. Solar wind conditions
and geomagnetic activity are expected to remain slightly disturbed
over the next 1-2 days due to the lingering effects of a coronal hole.
HF conditions are expected to be mostly normal to fair, with isolated
mild depressions at times. There is a chance of short wave fadeouts.
