[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 04 August - issued 2354UT/03-Aug-2015

Mostly very low to low levels of solar activity are expected for 4
August. Increased CME activity observed near the south-east limb
suggests solar activity may increase over the coming days. Solar wind
conditions are abating resulting in mostly quiet to unsettled levels
of geomagnetic activity. HF conditions continue to be degraded at
times due to low levels of ionising solar flux.
