Very Low to Low solar flare activity. Light to Moderate solar wind. A
notable rise in the solar wind velocity observed between 04UT-07UT.
Geomagnetic conditions expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled levels
with chance of an possible isolated Active period should solar wind
speed continue to increase and Bz turn southward. High-frequency radio
communications normal.
