Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected primarily from
regions in the NE quadrant. Minor coronal hole effects are in progress
resulting in slightly elevated solar wind conditions and isolated
active levels of geomagnetic activity. High-frequency radio
communications should be mostly normal with isolated degraded
conditions and short-wave radio fadeouts possible at times.
