[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 12 September - issued 0614UT/12-Sep-2014

Low to Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of High activity.
Minor Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) effects now in progress with the
arrival of glancing blow CME from the 09Sep M4.5 flare. Moderate to
Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions expected to be Active with
Minor Storm periods. CME arrival for 10Sep X1.6 class flare
anticipated to be ~14UT 12Sep (midnight Friday AEST time). Short-wave
radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications Fair to
Normal at low to mid latitudes during local night with poor conditions
at high latitudes (PCA/Proton event in progress). Aurora sightings
likely from Southern Australian regions.
