Solar flare activity edged above the threshold to moderate on 9-Oct,
with three M1 flares. The solar wind remains light. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet to unsettled levels and expected to remain so.
High-frequency radio communications are good, with enhanced maximum
useable frequencies, though these are trending down.
