[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 31 March - issued 2326UT/30-Mar-2014

Moderate solar flare activity is expected on 31-Mar, with a chance of
high activity. Minor coronal hole effects are possible from late on
31-Mar. The solar wind is currently moderate. Geomagnetic conditions
are quiet, but could become unsettled late in the UT day. Short-wave
radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications are
normal.
