[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 25 March - issued 2320UT/24-Mar-2014

Low solar flare activity is expected for 25-Mar. The solar wind is
light. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels. High-frequency
radio communications are normal, with enhanced MUFs. Minor coronal
mass ejection effects are possible on 26-Mar with the arrival of a CME
observed on 23-Mar.
