[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 16 March - issued 2331UT/15-Mar-2014

Mostly Low solar activity is expected for 16 March with the small
chance of M-class flares. Solar wind is expected to be mostly light to
moderate. CME activity observed during 15 March is not expected to be
geoeffective. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet
to unsettled. High-frequency radio communications are normal to good
with the small chance of SWFs.
