Tue Jan 28 10:30:04 EST 2014
An M4.9 flare at 27/2211 UT probably originated from one of the
returning regions that produced some large flares late Dec/early Jan.
Moderate to high solar flare activity is possible as these solar
regions begin to transit the visible solar disc. Light solar wind and
quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected to continue. Short-wave
radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications normal to
good.
