Low to moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of high activity.
Minor coronal mass ejection effects in progress. Minor coronal hole
effects likely. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at active
levels with some minor storm periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible. High-frequency radio communications good at low to mid
latitudes with some degraded conditions at high latitudes. Aurora
sightings possible from southern Australian regions.
