Solar activity remains at Moderate levels with further M-class flares
expected. Short wave fadeouts are possible. The solar wind speed is
normal. Geomagnetic conditions remain at mostly quiet levels.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be mostly normal.
A series of CMEs from AR1974 are expected to arrive 15-Feb increasing
geomagnetic activity and degrading HF conditions from 15-Feb. Aurora
sightings may be possible from southern locations 15-Feb.
