Tue Feb 11 10:22:17 EST 2014
Solar activity is Low, with previously active regions 1967 and 1968
now rotated off the west limb. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible,
although unlikely. A coronal hole high speed stream has elevated the
solar wind speed creating some unsettled geomagnetic conditions.
High-frequency radio communications are mostly normal with some minor
MUF depressions expected during the day.
