Low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects in progress.
Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled to active
levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio
communications mostly normal on low and mid latitudes. Minor to mild
MUF depressions possible on high and at some mid latitude locations.
