Low solar flare activity, with a chance of moderate activity. Light
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet levels. Possible Unsettled
intervals should any Bz southward excursions occur. High-frequency
radio communications normal. There is the chance of short-wave
fadeouts.
