Low to moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection
effects in progress. Light solar wind. Bz, at sustained southward IMF
since ~0000UT may produce Unsettled to Active periods if it continues.
HF radio communications should be Normal to Fair. Short-wave radio
fadeouts possible.
