[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 25 August - issued 2330UT/24-Aug-2014

Low to moderate solar flare activity. Light solar wind. Solar activity
was high on 24 Aug due to a M5.9 flare at 1217 UT. This flare was
associated with an impressive CME. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to
unsettled levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications fair to normal.
