Low solar flare activity expected with the possibility of isolated
M-class event. Minor coronal hole effects possible. Light solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels with the possibility of some
unsettled periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications mostly normal to fair.
