Very low solar flare activity with some possibility of isolated
C-flare. Minor coronal hole effects possible during the second half of
the UT day today. Light solar wind during the first half of the day
with the possibility of gaining some strength during the second half
of the day. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels.
High-frequency radio communications mostly normal.
