Low solar flare activity is expected on 4-Sep, with a chance of
moderate activity from a returning region that was previously active.
Minor coronal hole effects are in progress. The solar wind is
moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at quiet to
unsettled levels. High-frequency radio communications are normal.
