A coronal hole high speed solar wind stream is in effect with
moderately elevated solar wind speeds causing some unsettled
geomagnetic conditions. The edge of a previously observed CME is
expected to strike the Earth midway through the UT day of the 1st of
September. This is expected to cause Active geomagnetic conditions.
Visible aurora may be visible from high latitude locations in the
later half of the 1st of September if this activity eventuates.
Conditions for high frequency radio propagation are normal, with some
mild depressions in the maximum useable frequency (MUF) possible on
the 1st and 2nd of September.
