Solar activity is expected to be Moderate, with a slight chance of
X-class flares from two large active regions on the Sun, both of which
are beta-gamma-delta regions. Minor coronal mass ejection effects are
expected to impact Earth today. This may lead to unsettled to active
geomagnetic conditions during the next 48 hours. Depending on the
orientation of the interplanetary magnetic field, there is a chance of
a minor geomagnetic storm. HF propagation conditions are slightly
enhanced for the Australian region. However, a return to predicted
monthly values is expected in coming days. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible.
