Very low solar flare activity. Minor effect of a coronal hole
possible. Light solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to
unsettled levels. High-frequency radio communications mostly normal
with some possibility of minor MUF depressions and degradations in HF
conditions on high latitudes on 27 November.
