Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected. Minor coronal hole
effects are likely 16-17 Nov. The solar wind is currently light.
Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet to unsettled levels. Short-wave
radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications is
normal, but some high-latitude degraded periods are likely.
