[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 03 May - issued 2347UT/02-May-2013

Low to moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection
effects expected 5-6th May from a CME launched 05UT 2nd May from spot
group AR1731. Moderate solar wind 3rd May with an increase expected
4th May. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels 3rd May with Unsettled
conditions expected 4-6th May. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible if
M/X class flares occur. High-frequency radio communications normal at
low to mid latitudes with some degraded conditions at high latitudes.
