Very low (B-class) solar flare activity, with a chance of low
(C-class) activity. Minor coronal mass ejection (CME) effects in
progress with extended southward interplanetary magnetic field in the
wake of the 12th Feb CME merging with the geomagnetic field. Light to
Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet to Unsettled
levels. High-frequency radio communications normal at mid latitudes
with some degraded conditions high latitudes and high frequency
variability at low latitudes.
