Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on 4-Feb. The coronal
mass ejection from 31-Jan (expected 3-Feb) might arrive today. Minor
effects from a large northern hemisphere coronal hole could be felt
from late 4-Feb. The solar wind is expected to be light to moderate.
Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels but could become unsettled
later today. There is a chance of short-wave radio fadeouts.
High-frequency radio communications are otherwise expected to be
mostly normal.
