Low solar flare activity, with a chance of moderate activity. Light
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels with possible
isolated unsettled periods from slightly enhanced solar wind due to
co-rotating stream. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible (<20%).
High-frequency radio communications good at low to mid latitudes with
~~15% enhanced max useable frequencies.
