Low to Moderate solar flare activity. Light solar wind with possible
increase to Moderate speed 12Dec/13Dec due to anticipated arrival of
high speed solar wind stream from geoeffective coronal hole.
Geomagnetic conditions mostly Quiet levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible. High-frequency radio communications Normal to Good at all
latitudes.
