[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 25 August - issued 0004UT/25-Aug-2013

Very low to low solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection
effects possible. Minor coronal hole effects in progress and expected
to persist for the next few days. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet to unsettled levels with some active periods
expected later in the UT day. High-frequency radio communications
normal to good at low to mid latitudes with isolated degraded
conditions at high latitudes. Aurora sightings possible from southern
Australian regions if geomagnetic activity increases.
