Very low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects possible.
Light solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels, becoming
quiet to unsettled later in the UT day. High-frequency radio
communications normal at low to mid latitudes with isolated degraded
conditions possible at high latitudes.
