Low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects possible later in
the UT day and persisting for the next few days. Light to moderate
solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels becoming unsettled
later. High-frequency radio communications normal with isolated
degraded conditions possible at high latitudes.
