Low to moderate solar flare activity. The solar wind is presently
light and is expected to increase later in the day due to coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet and are expected to
become unsettled with periods of active conditions possible later in
the day. The solar wind speed and geomagnetic activity were enhanced
at the same time during the previous solar rotation cycle. Short-wave
radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications Normal to
fair.
