Low to moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects in
progress. Light solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to
unsettled levels. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications fair to normal with some degraded conditions at
high latitudes.
