Solar flare activity increased to Moderate levels. Two of the visible
sunspot groups are growing and have each produced several X-ray
flares. Solar wind conditions are ambient. Geomagnetic conditions are
quiet. The maximum useable frequency for high-frequency radio
communications remains depressed.
