Low to moderate solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection
effects possible. Light solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at mostly
at quiet levels. Some rise in geomagnetic activity possible in the
late hours of the UT day. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications mostly normal with the possibility
of some degradations in the late hours of the UT day.
